Virtual Offices

Virtual offices are used when you need a physical business address (not a P.O. Box) in Wake Forest, NC.  You want to work from home but may not want to use your home address on your marketing materials. 

In this case, a virtual office  works great.  You can use your new business address (A Virtual Office) on any marketing materials and even give it to clients as your business address.  

If you choose to have a mailbox, you can have mail delivered. Any mail you receive will be secured in a locked mailbox exclusively reserved for your company. You can pick up your mail 24/7.

If you choose not to have a mailbox, you would use your home address to receive mail and packages. You should use the address on your social media, website, business cards and printed marketing materials. If any mail does arrive, we will hold it for you to pick it up during our normal business hours.

We currently do not have a receptionist staffed at the front, but there is a directory at the front that will show that your business is “By Appointment Only”.

Please Note: At this time, we cannot accept certain industries including therapists, counselors, web/marketing/design/printing, salons, beauty, retail, or companies accepting product returns. Please contact us to see if your industry is acceptable.

Postal Requirements

We will need two forms of ID per the Postal Service. Please wait to sign your signature until you come in the office. Acceptable identification includes: valid driver’s license or state non-driver’s identification card; armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. 

A photocopy of your identification will be retained by agent for verification. The initial payment is due at time of signing for the first month fee plus key deposit. You can pay by check or credit card.
